This page provides simplified and unified access to detailed 1990 Census data -- and maps -- for both large and small areas, and both Census and postal geography (ZIP Codes). The data resides on the lookup servers at the University of Berkeley, so please practice all due courtesy when using this resource -- know what you need and otherwise plan your access in advance, log off as soon as you're done, and otherwise work as quickly as possible.

Census Geography

Census geography is tiled by state. Start with the first state you need data for, and drill down to county, tract and block group as desired. You can also access data for places.
