The Insight Partners program puts the capabilities of a big-bank MCIF department at your command for a very small fraction of what it would cost to maintain and use an in-house capability.

The Explore MCIF system which underlies the Insight Partners program is a second-generation MCIF based on the original Insight MCIF developed by Customer Insight Company, and now owned by NuEdge. Explore remains a state-of-the-art tool with the most advanced automated householding method available -- a highly developed set of algorithms that create households by matching records that should be matched and vice-versa, with a very high degree of accuracy. Further, the Explore system's profitability module is among the most flexible and sophisticated available -- making the system a long-standing first choice among financial analysts and CFOs. System design is also very conducive to creating custom report formats, providing users with the ability to create reports designed expressly for highly specific applications and user groups.

As an Insight Partner, we are experienced MCIF professionals with special training and accreditation to develop custom MCIF applications. At Retail Profit Management, we are also former retail banking officers with more than twenty years of experience with MCIF -- for profitability analysis and repricing, fee income analysis, new product development, database targeted communications, market segmentation, cross-sell improvement, CRA and HMDA compliance and other applications. Here's how Insight Partners works. We work as a team with you and your institution's IS staff to develop the best database design for your needs, and develop the interface or "extract" program to your operational data. You supply a tape containing customer data from your business systems -- savings, loans, checking, securities, credit cards and any other system you wish to include -- to RPM. On a quarterly or monthly basis, we extract key data from the tape, and have your data "householded" and appended with demographic data. We then produce reports and analysis of your householded customer file, tailored to your needs, with recommendations on how to best translate this information into action. You can also take the MCIF in-house for ad hoc reporting and campaigns.
