The report below focuses on aggregate deposits, reflecting the sum of balances of all the deposit P-types. Clearly, the Main office is most critical for deposits, with nearly as many dollars as the next two most important deposit offices (Hopkins St and Clarke Hwy) combined. However, average balances are best at the Mentor Ave location.
All four of these offices are critical for deposit generation, and all should be made most accomodating to the saver/investor -- with a broad range of marketing implications, from physical branch layout, to collateral design, to MSR dress and demeanor.
For many institutions, the differences in average balances by office and by product reveal a wide deviation across offices. This report allows an institution to track, adjust and "tweak" its micromarketing.
