RPM is a consulting company founded by corporate planners and MIS specialists to help companies and organizations to develop and implement information solutions that are designed to meet concrete goals. RPM has developed numerous studies for its clients in the areas of community needs forecasting, financial and profitability analysis, customer database management and applications, integrated information and GIS systems for strategic marketing, trade area and site analysis and marketing research. RPM studies are supported with a wide range of custom mapping and graphics capabilities.

RPM also develops user-friendly, user-driven software systems for some of the largest companies in the U.S., who rely upon and trust RPM to help them manage their Most Valuable Asset -- their customers and their patients. RPM clients cover a truly broad spectrum and include the Federal Reserve Board, the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, Intel Corp, Harland Financial Services, University Of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), ARVEST Bank, Best Western International, the University of Southern California School of Business, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department among many others.
