RPM is a consulting company founded by corporate planners and MIS specialists to help companies and organizations to develop and implement information solutions that are designed to meet concrete goals. Elio Spinello, Ed.D., Partner
Elio has held senior financial analysis and MIS positions with First Interstate Bank of California, Great Western Bank and Bell & Howell Company. He has developed a number of spatial analysis-based analytical tools and custom studies to support business and marketing planning and profitability measurement applications. A past Chapter President of the Institute Of Management Accountants, Elio also serves as Lecturer, Health Science at the California State University, Northridge, where he teaches Data Processing and Computer Modeling techniques for Health Science applications. He is a frequent speaker at a number of conferences and symposiums. |

Steve Lackow, Partner
Steve has held positions as Vice President, Retail Strategic Planning for Great Western Bank and Assistant Vice President, Consumer Research & New Product Development for First Interstate Bancorp. He has helped a number of RPM clients to improve profitability through the integration of high-tech information resources and high-touch human resources in a strategic framework. Steve is also a qualitative consumer research expert with over 10 years focus group experience in the financial services, health care, automotive, computer and packaged goods industries. He has been a featured speaker at American Marketing Association, Financial Institutions Marketing Association, Payment Systems, Inc., California Credit Union League and other conferences. |

Jim Keating, System Developer
Jim develops and implements custom software designed by RPM. An experienced software developer with an extensive background in the financial services and manufacturing industries, he has developed systems to support personal and small business banking, market potential analysis and MCIF marketing customer database add-on products. Jim has also developed mission-critical systems for National Child Help, and has worked with RPM in developing the mapping module for the Harland Financial Services Touche’ Analyzer system. |

Ron Fischbach, Ph.D., Consultant
Ron is an Associate Professor of Health Science and Director of Health Education at California State University, Northridge. He also serves as the director of SITE, a community based home education program for the families of handicapped children. Dr. Fischbach consults on health care-related studies for RPM. |

Kurt Gunther, System Developer
Kurt provides systems development expertise in the application of GIS technology in enterprise level environments. Kurt is the CEO of Mapgistics Corp. and has designed GIS solutions for organizations including City of Hope, Pacificare, and others. Kurt has also implemented much of the mapping module designed by RPM for the Harland Fiancial Services Touche’ Analyzer system, in use by over 900 banks. |
